Carefully repackage your items in their original manufacturer's packaging with all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts included to ensure safe transit.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, or contact us to schedule a furniture collection.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
